After-School Clubs

EWPS Clubs 

Clubs are usually charged at £5.00 a week (per club) and are to be paid for in advance via the IRIS Parentmail app.  If you qualify for Free School Meals status then you will be charged at 50% of the rate (£2.50 per club).

Clubs will usually run for 10 weeks per term - the first week's clubs for this term will commence on Monday 22nd April 2024 - NO CLUBS FIRST WEEK BACK AFTER EASTER. EXCEPTION - There will only be 9 Clubs on Thursdays during this term (due to the planned events).

You can apply for After School Clubs by logging into Parentmail and choosing the club you wish to have for your child and making your payment.

You must pay for the whole term in advance. Places are limited and are first come - first served.

No payment = No club.

Check / apply for Free School Meals status BEFORE buying After School Club places - otherwise you will have to pay the full cost rate. Once all Free School Meal status places have sold out then you can still purchase any available club place, but this will be at Full Price.

NO ATTENDANCE = NO REFUND.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS CAN BE PURCHASED AS FROM FRIDAY 22nd March 2024 - 08.00AM ON PARENTMAIL.
