A paper copy is obtainable from the main school office or by sending an email to childcare@ellenwilkinson.newham.sch.uk if you cannot submit the Google Form.

Applications submitted during school holidays may not be actioned until school reopens - if your application is urgent (and made during school holidays) then please email the above address and bring this to the attention of the Little Ellies Manager.
